Who do you root for in the Super-Middleweight Division ?

say what u want about ward but he is a technician to me. loved watching him win the gol an love how he has excelled against better competition. the best is yet to come for him in my mind.

WTF? When did Froch beome the most popular SMW? I remember at the start of the Super 6, no one liked him - or even respected him.

I am glad for him having his day in the sun.

 

I'd favor Bute over any fighter in the division right now, with the exception of Ward. Ward would turn that fight into an ugly, messy brawl, and Bute doesn't do well in fights he can't control (i.e., the first fight with Andrade).

Corection : he DID absolutely controled the first fight with Andrade, and for Ward to turn the fight into an ugly, messy brawl, he need to get close and presure Bute. We all know Bute waits with the counter. Bute fights midd range, so he`ll be fine in this one.

BUTE all the way. I have followed Bute`s career from the very begining. I remember the Olimpics eliminator between Bute and Simion. That was a nice fight back then.

 

Kessler all the way. Hope he recovers from his injury and gets one last big win before he retires.

The poll is accurate because of the last fight effect. Bute fought Brinkley 2 months ago and Froch outboxed AA 2 days ago.
