I want him to starch that glass jawed FRAUD Wilder. Of course, Wilder's management knows what would happen, which is why this fight likely won't be made.
Would have liked Wilder but that ship has sailed and it will never happen after he loses to Fury. I'd love to see Joshua vs Fury at Wembley near the end of the year. Massive fight.
1. Wilder - who has no interest in fighting AJ. 2. Fury - Warren is more interested in getting the Wilder rematch. 3. Whyte - The most deserving title challenger but as per the low ball offer it seems Matchroom arent interested to make this fight as they make out. 4. Pulev - very underrated. 5. Miller - The second most deserving title challenger in the divison and the most likely fight it seems. Although Usyk is the biggest threat to AJ I want him to beat a top HW or two so if AJ does beat Usyk(which certainly no given) that he gets the bcredit he deserves if he does.
Fury and Wilder seem out of the question for the moment. So on the more realistic fights. 1. Big Baby Miller Has solid wins over Duhaupas, Wach, and Washington. Undefeated, Big powerful brute, who in my opinion could cause Joshua problems, early on. 2. Grandpa Ortiz A senior citizen. But needed a ton of rabbit punches to be stopped against the devastating bronze bomber. Technically good, still dangerous. 3. The cobra Pulev It was a close choice between him and Ortiz. Outboxed Chisora and Hughie Fury with ease. Very good boxer, who had a off night against Wlad. But still very underrated. 4. Andy Ruiz Jr Been less than active recently. Was robbed in NewZealand. He's the real WBO champion in my opinion. Dominated Parker, and should have got the nod. 5. Dillian Whyte Wins over Brown, Chisora and a close decision with Parker. Earned his shot. But still not that interested in the rematch. Dont think he's improved enough to survive a onslaught from the bodybuilder.
JOSHUA HAS BEEN LOADED WITH TOUGH FIGHTS. He needs a fight he can learn from Pulev not an easy fight, Ortiz is dangerous, Usyk may have to wait until the Wilder-Fury fight is done and settled.....Joshua has been an active champion and just needs to stay busy until he can fight the Wilder-Fury winner...Pulev then unify by then all the younger guys will be sticking their heads out of the sand
Realistically, as Wilder and Fury are tied up with a potential rematch that leaves very few opponents left for AJ to take on. I understand the appeal of Miller, but it should be far easier to get the Joshua vs Whyte 2 fight done with both being under the same promotional banner. Given the fact that Dillian has been lowballed on an initial offer by team AJ for a rematch (and title shot) I can only surmise such behaviour to be cunningly evasive, and testament to the increased danger that Whyte now brings as a live contender. They want to save face by making an offer, but don't want to pay Whyte what he's really worth. Sure smells like mama's good ol' duck sauce to me. #Quack Whyte beats AJ anyway, so I'm glad team AJ think so too.
Im holding back before i hear just how much Hearn and AJ offererd Whyte for the fight as everybody is crying lowball when it comes to AJ but when we hear what it is its far more than they earn fight to fight and its always certainly more than they have ever earnt from any other fight or could expect to get against anybody else. But hearing Whyte say it was less than he got against Chisora was dissapointing to hear, its something that could easily be squashed by AJ and Hearn if it was a lie and they havnt done that yet. So im wondering is Whyte blagging it a bit cuz he feels he can get more or is it a poor offer because they have more interest in facing Miller in the States. But as this is no mando or anything there are no rules or laws being broken if Hearn just turned round and said "you know what, i know we have Wembley but i think we fancy going to NY to take on Miller". There is nothing to stop them doing that instead of trying to lowball Dillian. Im sure they may be avoiding Whyte for something else but i wouldnt say he was ducking him. Hes already beaten him once and although times have changed Joshua has improved just as much as Whyte has if not more. Youd never totally rule Whyte out but Joshua would still be a big favourite and i very much doubt they have any actual worries about facing Dillian.
I disagree, I believe team AJ have genuine concerns about Whyte as an opponent. They will want to hold the titles as long as possible until they can set up Wilder title unification bout, which is understandable. Therein is boat load of money for everyone to take a piece, and legacy for AJ should he win. Whyte is a real danger to those plans, as actions speak louder than words. Team AJ, Hearn, and AJ himself know full well how Whyte would react to getting paid less than what he received from a non-title, domestic bout with Chisora. Whyte as a heavyweight is worth more than anyone outside Wilder as the second biggest PPV draw in the UK after AJ. Whyte generates enough money by himself, without any help from AJ. So clearly team AJ see Miller as the lesser risk, as they won't risk losing their belts to anyone not named Wilder, unless they feel comfortable they can secure a victory. Whyte is a long, long way from the fighter he used to be in 2015. AJ was truly surprised as Dillian KO'd Chisora while he sat ringside as he did not expect that at all. And that KO further cements the danger Whyte brings in the eyes of team AJ. It's real simple, team AJ know full well what Whyte is worth and the money he brings. There is already history there, and it should be easy to make as opposed to a Miller fight. But they deliberately lowballed Whyte, a seasoned business man and boxer in the market with a trail of PPV success. Miller is the low risk opponent here in comparison to Whyte, in the eyes of team AJ And I agree with AJ and he's team... Whyte is strong. Whyte beats AJ.
