No he was actually a favorite to win, or at least it was a toss up with Chambers at the time.

To compare a boxer like Povetkin to a fraud and coward like Haye is ridicolous ..

You got have a world class trainer to have a shot against Wlad. These Russian trainers ain't gonna do it for him. No head movement against WLad is recipe for disaster

Povetkin should have never left Valery Belov. Povetkin's early heavyweight resume is damn impressive and then Atlas screwed his mind to bits. Still Wlad's best challenge in a long time.

    :deal

I totally agree, Voidimir's record is complete dogsh*t. The idea that a bum like Povetkin is near the top of Voidimir's resume is pathetic and a disgrace to boxing.

    Insanely legit opposition:
    Chambers
    Chagaev
    Byrd

    Also good and notable wins:
    Donald
    Huck

Other little sprinkles on the resume:
    Wawryzk
    Boswell

He beat Firtha with one hand. A genuine injury that was clearly noticeable. Think it was about 5 round in and he had to outpoint him throwing a hook. Thats heart and determination.

Wlad couldn't beat a hobo on a weeks notice with one hand.
