    Yeah, they fought Oscar at 147 because he had to lose 20lbs to make weight and appeared washed up against Forbes.

    Roach said, "I won't allow Pacquiao to fight Mosley at 147, because Mosley is better than Oscar". :yep

    You can FORGET about Pacquiao fighting ANY of the top welterweights at 147. He already REFUSED to sign the contract with Cotto, unless he dropped weight.

    Pac's motto is... "You no lose weight, you no get fight" :lol:
