    If he goes up a weight class than yes, but since I said WELTERWEIGHT no he doesn't. But yes I will give you that he has some of the fastest hands in boxing.

    I have to go with Pacquiao over ALL of them. Over and over opponents cite Pacquiao's hand speed for the reason they couldn't deal with him.

    even if i didnt add the word welterweight it always said LISTED and there's the list. So either way he has nothing to do with it. So make an ass of yourself by tryna make an ass of me.

    If you're going to list fighters then why don't you say "Who has the FASTER hands?" would make a lot more sense.

    zab fastest single shots, pac fastest combos, shane have pretty fast combos too. floyd got the fastest feints and counters. fast in different ways.
