Liston said Williams hit just as hard if not harder than himself! Foreman (who sparred with Liston) named him (who was completely washed up), Lyle, and Cooney as the hardest punchers he faced/sparred with! Foreman also fought Frazier twice and never really mentioned his power. Now that puts us in quite a predicament! Who should we believe? A respected ATG like Foreman who's been in the ring with both? Or the troll Choklab? I'll have to think about that.

I'm afraid The evidence does not back up what Foreman says. Foreman is great man but in the professional ring Williams did not prove to be an elite puncher and it's that simple.

in the professional ring, Williams punch was good only for a level where as Frazier was a proven world class puncher.

Right across his career Williams fought five fights against guys with the same surname of Daniels. Frankie, Billy and Terry. They were not world beaters. All three were smaller and lighter than Williams. Yet all five fights went the distance. Twice with Frankie. Twice with Billy. Once with Terry.

Joe Frazier knocked out Terry and Billy. Nobody as bad as Frankie ever lasted the distance with Frazier.

Williams was 24 years old when he fought Frankie. 30 and 31 when he fought Billy and 38 when he fought Terry.

Frazier was 22 against Billy and 28 against Terry.

Frazier knocked out none of them both Daniels fights were stopped with them on their feet. The Doctor stopped the Stander fight because of cuts .How come Frazier couldn't put them down for the full count?
As he couldn't ,Quarry,Mathis,Ellis,Machen,Bonavena ,Chuvalo,Johnson,Davis,.Bottom line Frazier hardly ever rendered a fighter unconscious,8 kos in37 fights.
Smaller lighter? Both Jones and Foster ,Frazier's only quality kos were blown up lightheavies! Jones was conceding17lbs Foster 19lbs!

So who did Williams knock out cold?

How about Tyson? Bruno was on his feet. Berbick was on his feet, Williams on his feet..most of them were. What difference does it make? Those guys were still "out". Although eventually More barbaric refereeing would have satisfied your grim demands.

Doesnt matter if they were able to get to their feet in the end. As long as they were down for the 10 count, or unable to continue, thats all that matters. Frazier could punch plenty

If they were on their feet they weren't down for the ten count were they? No one is disputing Frazier could punch.

Frazier couldn`t get past Foreman`s longer bombs to land with his shorter arms, but Foreman said he was scared of fighting Frazier because he liked getting hit hard and was so tough he also said just before he put Joe down that a hook just missed him and it fizzed past with such venom that George said to himself I`ve got to get this guy out of here or I`m going to get hurt and that`s when he started throwing bombs.

like I said Williams was 24 and 25 years old when he fought Frankie. 30 and 31 when he fought Billy and 38 when he fought Terry.

It's on record williamd could knock none of them out. four of these fights were before his shooting.

Williams was in his career prime 1962-63. Joe Frazier was in his career prime 1969-71.

Billy Daniels is the best measure here. Billy Daniels fought prime 30 year old Williams and pre prime 22 year old Frazier.

you are disputing Frazier hit harder than Williams when there is zero proof to support this. You can't produce one "count out" win for Williamd against one reasonable opponent.

I have produced examples of common opponents, video evidence against elite fighters. There is not enough evidence to support Williams here. It does not stack up. Sorry.
