The weight difference isn't so vast actually, Floyd comes in to the ring at around 148 while Pac comes in at around 140, I would have to say pac.
If Floyd put his hips and shoulders into his punches then he could but he'd hurt his hands so he doesn't do that much.
raw one punch power I think Pac has slightly more. But he is so much worse with placement and timing that Floyd can do more with less. Pac is physically a beast. Floyd is a great puncher without heavy hands, Pac is a technically flawed puncher with both fast and heavy hands. However, having said that, the real power of Pac comes from that swarming attack and speed rather than one punch power like, say, Juarez or Hamed. I bet both Hamed and Juarez hit harder than Pac AND harder than Floyd, but they are so much slower (in the case of Juarez) and technically unskilled (in the case of Hamed) that Pac has a more adaptable offense.
Pac is a huge 130, cutting alot of weight to get their for only as long as it takes to get on a scale. Floyd is a small 147, usually not cutting much or any weight. The actual size difference is not that big, maybe 5-10 lbs.
what do they both come in at fight night? it obvioulsy is not that clear a decision, pacman commits to his punches and floyd doesnt. and on top of that pacman is a much harder puncher p4p.
Pac came into the fight last night at 144, do people still want to argue that "Floyd is so much bigger"?
Floyd hits harder..Pac is only 7 pounds underneath him. But Floyd does not have the POP effect that Pacman has.Pac is mainly pop his snap in his punch is what gets guys out of there. Not raw power like say a pavlik. Pac has a whole lot of snap in the end of his punches. Floyd is a stronger puncher with no comparison.
