Brock would have absolutely destroyed Choi; hell the reason he couldn't fight was he couldn't get medical clearance, the brain issues that have made him that size are starting to hinder him. Since the time of when he was supposed to fight Lesnar he is 2-5 in K1, with wins against Goodridge and Mighty Mo. In MMA he is 1-2 with a win against Jose Canseco and losses against CroCop and Minowa. Regardless of that, all Choi does in MMA is lose and beat up comedians and baseball players.

GSP Ever since he stepped foot in the UFC he's fought top level competition , i think Fedor runs him close , but GSP consistently has fought better opposition , he's had no " easy fights " , " stay busy fights " what ever you wanna call them . Has only 2 defeats on his record too , for me GSP !!!! , but i think there is an argument for Fedor too .
Wand has to be kinda thrown in there considering he's a smaller framed guy, but then so is Sakuraba. But Wand, more realisitcally a blown up middle who fought bonafide heavies in some of the grand prix fights. Realistically a middleweight fighting the most dangerous heavyweight striker..
