I'm only asking this because we have a lot of spectators, mostly fans but I wanna know actually does Martial Arts theirself and how long you've been doing it for. And it doesn't have to be just MMA and training for the ring, it can be any type of martial arts training whether it be Aikido, Krav Maga, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Capereria etc. etc.
Marine Corps Combatives which is mostly catch wrestling designed by Ken Shamrock. He was very important as to helping the Corps revamp our close quarter combat system. I also do BJJ and Muay Thai.
I've been involved in martial arts since I was 4 years old. Got a black belt in Taw Kwon Do (which, realistically is almost useless, but makes for a good paperweight). Did Muay Thai for almost 3 years starting when I was 18. BJJ on and off for about 6 years. Boxing mixed in with Muay Thai and wrestling from some friends who were All-State wrestlers. (Wrestling being my weak spot and I wish that I did it as opposed to basketball in High School)
I've boxed on and off since I was 19 and had a couple of amateur amateur fights (inter gym, not official) a few years back. I spent about four years at a JKD concepts gym doing kickboxing/grappling/stick stuff, though I always sucked at the sticks and it never made any sense to me. Since I moved and had a kid I only ever hit the heavybag and skip rope, maybe 3-4 times a week. I'd love to get back into it though.
Just got my blue belt in BJJ have been boxing for a while now but havent had an amateur fight since December cus of school and work. Hopefully i can compete soon again in BJJ and and boxing.
Yeah. Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA. I used to box aswell but I've not got the time at the moment with all my other classes. I'm looking at starting judo too soon to work on body control from in close. We've got a seminar at our gym with Leo Vieira in a few weeks which should be pretty insane Lynchburg
:rofl Beouche is a black belt in bukkake, he can beat off 14 men at the same time  For the record did 18 month boxing when I was about 14, nothing major just bag work ect. The gym shut down and I discovered weed :thumbsup
I did boxing a year ago, never got passed the sparring stage, am interested in trying BJJ, Anyone know a good gym in Toronto?
