I say Martinez. Floyd is too inactive, and at this point until he beats Pac or Sergio, he's going to stay #3

Man, can you imagine how big of a shot it would be to Floyd's ego if the rankings came out this week and he's #3 in the P4P rankings

Martinez has jumped to at least 3rd. It would be perhaps fair to say 2nd, based on Floyd's inactivity.

according to him, he is semi retired. He is still on the list
Izzy and Rafa has been on the p4p list before despite being inactive for 15 months

    Based on activity, yes.

Martinez Mosley would be a good fight.

Floyd just fought, about 6 months ago. He has not lost his spot, yet.

Well to be fair let's compare their fights this year:

    Sergio Martinez:

    vs. Kelly Pavlik.........UD12
    vs. Paul Williams.......KO2

    Floyd Mayweather Jr.

    vs. Shane Mosley......UD12
    vs. Josie Harris.........KO
vs. Security guard.....UD (winner by face poke)

You know what that could get the wheels going for a Pac-May fight.
