Yeah ask Lacy and Kessler that.

Lacy believed that but soon changed his opinion after being embrarrased for 12 rounds.

No excuse, you can quote me on that.

I'm not one to make excuses, if Bernard loses I will give all the praise to Calzaghe, because Bernard is an outstanding fighter.

    Of course,

If I lose I will put the whole Calzaghe stable of inbred-looking fighters as my avatar.

Indeed, Bernard shall inevitably outclass Calzaghe.

    :smoke

And JMM is much better in a P4P sense.

If that's the case you must be snapping up those odds for a Bernard win and putting your house on it surely? I know I would if I was so convinced of the outcome

Man....hard to say. On the surface it looks as if Joe easily is the better boxer. But given his lack of elite level comp his resume bcomes suspect. Now....considering what everyone can see with their own eyes, there is no doubt Joe is a special and rare talent.

But what we don't know is if he has any kind of championship spirit or heart. Can he come back from being down on cards, can he turn a fight around, can he compete with someone on his level? All these questions have yet to be answered.

He is on the right path and has been by stepping up his comp over the past 18 months but he's been a pro for 13 or 14 yrs....stepping up should be something that took place 8 yrs ago. JMM on the other had has faught the best and beaten the best....he has also lost to the best....but he's never lost convinginly ala DLH.

So he is definitly right up there with Joe if not ahead at this juncture in both mens careers.

Nah....JMM did a great job but lost the decision and ultimately the fight....Juan should feel lucky that he got a gift draw the first time around, but he had to know he wouldn't have gotten lucky TWICE against the same guy.
