Which fighter do you consider more boring; Wladimir Klitschko, or Bernard Hopkins?

I typically don't find either one of them boring. That's not to say they each haven't been in a few stinkers, but not many who've laced the gloves are immune to that happening. It's the nature of the game.

Wlad, just because Hopkins is too likeable.

Wlad because Hopkins always tries to fight the best at least.

wlad is more boring hopkins goes up against better fighters were he's the underdog and you don't know what will happen.the heavyweight division is just pathetic and wlad could easily take these guys out but plays it too safe but that doesn't bother me as much as when he just drapes himself all over the other fighter.hopkins does it too but even he hasn't mastered it like wlad lol.

I though Hopkins schooling Pavlik, Pascal, Murat, and Shumenov were all enjoyable fights.

Hopkins is generally boring but he throws in entertaining performances from time to time even in his advanced age, just depends on the style he's facing. Wlad is boring regardless and as others have mentioned, it's fairly sad that with all his physical advantages and low level of competition that he is as boring as he is.

Both Wlad and Bernard have world class boxing skills and fight with the intention of hitting their opponent without being hit back. This is what goes over the head of most fans who tune in to see slugfests and quick, devastating knockouts like the early Mike Tyson fights.

Difference being, Bhop has world class defensive skills where Wlad does not. Wlad uses his length well but that's it. Other than that he just hits and holds and leans on his opponent making the entire fight sloppy and brutal to watch.

Guy who thinks Wlad doesn't have good defensive skills.

Guy who knows a lot about boxing.

Both guys are safety first, defensive minded fighters. Both rarely get hit clean, Hopkins perhaps a bit more frequently.

The difference in watching is that Wladimir has a much more aesthetically pleasing, athletic style. Pound for pound he is far quicker and more athletic. Hopkins has more overall craft to his game, as Wlad has never had to become a master inside fighter.

For me it comes down to physical capability. Wladimir is EXTREMELY athletic and has been one of the biggest punchers in boxing for decades. Every fight he does something that makes you say "wow". Hopkins tends to grind out wins, and his foul filled style can put a lot of fans off.

Vlad wins most of his fights with a KO, Hopkins couldn't even beat Dawson, Calzaghe, Taylor, etc. I love watching Vlad fight, Hopkins is a cheat, falls down on the canvas and tries to get a disq. like he did against Dawson.............................
