    Linares or Flanagan?

Obviously im talking about the casuals but i would probably say Linares because of how terrible Warren is at promiting fighters these days.

Not sure about more well known but for me Linares has that star factor, oozes class, that said im still going for Crolla to beat him, but we love a derby in the UK with Hearn/Sky behind it Crolla v Flanagan would be massive in my opinion

Outside of hard-core boxing fans and Manchester. Does anybody really know who flanagan is?

Twitter followers suggest not. Terry has 12k I think whilst Crolla has over 120k

Probably not, but with a full hard sell on Manchester rivalry, both stories which are heart warming in own right, Terry sticking with his coach/manager and reaching the top, Crolla's burglary, no doubt Mr Gallagher offending somebody at some point it could be huge on Sky.

Id be lucky to get 12 followers!!haha

Terry is more known in the UK than Linares, generally. Or at least that was the case before the Crolla fight; his name will be over Sky Sports quite a lot now so amongst the casual fanbase he'll be the more known

Is there much boxing on terrestrial TV like the BBC over in the UK now? You would have thought so with so many British title holders nowadays.

Terrestrial TV stopped caring about boxing years ago.

A lot tuned in to Brook vs Gavin when Joshua was knocking Kevin Johnson over, and Linares turned Mitchell into a space-hopper. After that I would give an outside chance of 'casuals' recognising him. Flanagan, I don't see many outside of Manchester knowing who he is.

Linares purely because of the Mitchell fight on sky. Flanagan would be a lot better known if he was with matchroom, no casual fans have even heard of him.

Forgot that Linares has been on Sky before, that's a good point. I change my choice
