Who is picking Marquez to Beat Floyd?

I'm leaning towards Marquez on this one....I think he will bring it !!!

I don't see him rushing in with his gloves at waist-level like Floyd !!!

 

the extra time jmm has had to get comfortable at the weight will help him big time..i see jmm winning by ko body shot..

 

Eh? Seriously? I'd give Shane Mosley and Paul Williams a much better chance of beating Money May. Two who he should be fighting instead.

He's coming off a long layoff though. He's also coming off that layoff facing the fastest (other than Judah) and sharpest and most precise and skilled fighter he has ever faced, although he is fighting out of his weightclass.

JMM matches Floyd in all department, with the exception of stamina where I think JMM has better.

Those who said Floyd is bigger than JMM are just carried away. These are probably the same people who thought Corrales would have rolled over Pac at 135 due to size advantage. If Corrales is still around, Pac would have demolished him at 135-147.

JMM is a big dude and come fight time, he will be no smaller then Floyd. You will all be surprised at how negligible is the size difference between the 2. Mark my words.

I am because marquez is on a hot streak,and i dont believe floyd has come back for the right reasons.He's still a great fighter of that there's no doubt. I just dont believe that the weight will be a great issue and that marquez will come with a solid! solid! game plan that he will execute to the fullest and take a well earned UD. Followed by a possible 2 MEGA MEGA fights with manny "pac-man" pacquiao

 

I don't think the extra weight will be an issue for JMM. I've been critical of Mayweather, but I have to give him props for wanting to fight JMM. Say what you may, but Mayweather could of easily picked an easy tune up appointment-but he picked one of the toughest fighters out there-in any division. I think it will be a one of the better fights of the 09, and JMM wins a close fight.

 

Not picking Marquez but should be closer than what most people think.

 

Not me! I would have to be nuts to make such a wild pick... Not that I am pushing for Floyd but people have to separate wishing from realising. There's no way in hell Floyd would lose his undefeated record and after a good rest/layoff to SFW, LW at most in Marquez, I'm sorry...
