    At one point in time, it looked like he could be there... but nowadays he just throws flurries that aren't always accurate or even powerful..

    B-Hop always conserves his punches due to his age and experience and usually has a way higher punch connection rate than his opponents. He has done this consistantly over the last decade.

    Don't know who's the best today, but Marvin Hagler always amazed me with his accuracy and connect-percentages.

    I guess you have to go with Mayweather.
