    I'd have to say my boy Amir Khan :D. Probably not the fastest fighter ever but very fast indeed (handspeed wise) ;)

    Of recent times, Zab and Mosley were fast as hell in their primes.

    All time handspeed i'd give to Meldrick Taylor, though his overall movement and agility wasn't the fastest.
