    It has been reported that Jacobs refuses to take a drug test, Jacobs also refused to fight Golovkin unless Golovkin fought him in his home town with his personal referee, judges, boxing commission, ring side doctors, etc. Ward will be advising him on how to cheat. Read that Ward will be in his camp..............
