Floyd did rattle him good. It wasn't the most powerful punch but it was extremely accurate.

3 knockdown rule would have ended him in the first round of the Pacquiao fight.

Even no 3 knockdown rule, if the fight took place in the UK it'd have ended after the second KD.

No matter. JMM always gets up. He's a man. Pacquiao on the other hand, can't take the heat and plays dead to get saved by the ref.

From the fights I've seen, Floyd. Felt like Floyd didn't go in for the kill because he actually wanted to get rid of ring rust. He made it look a bit effortless after. Mind you Marquez did not look good at the weight, his physique was quite the contrast his last few outings at WW.

First fight with Pacquiao nobody else was ever as close.
MAB had JMM more stunned than Mayweather did. (Flash KD)

First fight, and the last one(Pac). That last fight was great, you can clearly see that they are trying to finish **** up.

    Sergei Fedchenko.

Had the ******* right where he wanted him and was about to unveil Phase B of his master plan when time ran out. Something got lost in translation (or transliteration, into Cyrillic...) as he was under the impression they were scheduled to go 15.

Pac was on his way to knocking Marquez out when Marquez landed a very lucky punch, not to mention Marquez hiring the world's top expert on PEDS.............Marquez will never get into the ring with Pac again because he knows the truth, he is afraid..........................Pac gave Marquez 4 rematches yet Marquez will not give Pac even one, that tells me something.........what if Marquez afraid of..................yep, the truth........

At of all the times he's been buzzed, nobody has been able to land a significant followup punch with real power.

JMM's is so well conditioned going into his fights, I'd say when he's good and buzzed his opponent has less than a 5 second window to land something truly significant or the opportunity is lost.

Imo, the shot that buzzed Marquez the most is Katsidis' left hook that dropped him. Its the only one of all his knockdowns I was truly worried as a fan Marquez might not recover from.
What a Warrior Marquez is though, just about every time he gets buzzed by a great shot, he times and lands a massive shot himself.

All three of those knockdowns were flash knockdowns. Marquez was up on steady legs each time. Nowhere close to being stopped there.
