Who was the last Linear Champ @ 147?

    Backwards from Pacquaio how does it go, say 20 years

    I can't go back 20 years. Hamed won all 4 belts at 126 without losing which reestablished lineage there. He then lost to Barrera, who then lost to Pac. I don't know who was the last linear champ there before Hamed.

    Hamed didn't win 4 belts, he won 3, but beat the WBA champ (vasquez), they stripped him before he fought Hamed.

    I'm assuming thats still enough to establish lineage.

    He eventually won the WBA belt later if I'm not mistaken.

    edit: he never won it, but beating a guy who was stripped of it is close enough.

    He hasn't even moved up to FW yet. He definately has the ability to do it though.

    JuanMa has more chance of being the next linear Jr Featherweight champ. I mean Vasquez vs JuanMa seems to be more and more of a possibility since JuanMa is starting to bring some $$ to the table
