WHO WON: Canelo vs Scull

I saw one article today saying please do not air another Scull fight EVER again lol.

That is a mandate to hang em up I'd say

 

Canelo landed the cleaner harder shots.

 

It looked like Scull had the size and the skill to do something similar to the Bivol fight, but he just wouldnt push himself.He wouldnt take chances.

 

IF you believe Compubox, Scull threw twice as much as Canelo and still manage to land less. Pretty consistent with what most of us saw. No way he won that fight.

 

Who cared?

 

For me Canelo won the match but the score of 115 - 113 is much more correct than 119 - 109.

 

I never trust compubox. 56-55 is pretty even, and when you notice compubox favors the A-side, it's pretty consistent with Scull landing more

 

Scull DIDN'T land more but he threw a hell of a lot more with a miserable connect percentage(18-20%). Most of us caught that and didn't need compubox to tell us. No way Scull won that fight.

 

According to compubox, which massively favors the a side, Scull outlanded Canelo in more rounds than vice versa

 

And you seem to be massively favoring Scull here. There's other fights you can objectively argue Canelo lost, this is not of them.

 

The insomniacs won.

 

Sculls were pity pat mostly.

 

I would vote who cares if that were an option. Oldnelo is not TV friendly. Scull will never be on TV again.
