Who would you like to see Andre Berto face?

So? Paul Williams is taller then Tyson and Holyfield lol. Look at the bodysize, Berto is a legit true welterweight while Maidana isn't. Beating a smaller junior ww fighter like Maidana doesn't do anything for Berto resumes.

 

Out of that list - only Joshua Clottey.

 

Sure beating a smaller junior welterweight Maidana would do wonders for Berto. :nut

His handlers have won the waiting game as there are no longer any huge welters left. No more hiding this guy. After all he holds the green belt going two years now. Unify and build legacy and demand for yourself. Anything else is a shoty buisiness move.

 

Because Collazo has no following outside of NYC and Berto would lose badly.

Collazo is about as well known as Berto.... And the only place he's known is HBO.... The guy couldn't sell out a high school auditorium....

Since Maidana made it clear he won't fight Berto in which he will likely fight Khan in december, that means Berto must fight Jones next. Oh and hbo is not interested in putting Berto to face either Aydin or Kotelnik.

 

Ask hbo that cause they made it clear that they want Berto to face either Maidana or Jones next. But Maidana made it clear that he ain't fighting Berto cause he said his weight class is at 140 pounds.

 

1. Collazo cuz they have some unfinished business.
2. Clottey cuz if he can outdo what Manny did, he would have more of a right to have a fight with Manny if a fight with Floyd won't happen.
3. Cotto cuz he said earlier he would of been interested in fighting him, but Cotto has a date with ChavezJr now. Maybe he can get the winner.
4. Bradley cuz Berto does have an amateur win over him, but it would be a great fight of archrivals and unbeatens. Berto has a beauty of a right hand and uppercut, but that's about it. If anyone can take his power, he's going to get beat.
