145...at my height, (5'6"), I'd probably have to lose about 10 pounds...that's IF I take up boxing again. I almost don't wanna take it up, because I don't wanna lose and weight...took me long enough to build it up, with my high metabolism.
I almost bought a heavybag the other day, but I just don't know if I would use it and be motivated... I like your heavy/speed bag setup thing there though.
Shoot you can still be "The Local Gym Champ"! :yep I am sure that there are local "smokers" that you could do that are like 1 step above sparring. Even if you don't go that far, just getting into a gym and getting work is good enough. Why get brain damage unless you are making mega-bucks?
You're right...boxing is definitely not anything I wanna take up full time, after all, I'm 30 years old...but I do want to get a few ametuer fights under my belt, just to say I did it after I hit my 30s...
Once you get one, you'll be motivated enough to use it often, especially if you're trying to get in shape, like me...and then we'll be seeing some youtube vids from YOU! Go for it, Luke!
I feel you. You look pretty good though. Feet are a bit "happy" though. Just plant and use that "happy" energy to move your head and step out/pivot out after you let your hands go.
