    Loma is more skillful.
But overall, even before last Saturday, I always think Usyk is the better fighter.

Better resume does mean more skill when you beat better fighters.

Usyk is undefeated and beat more ranked fighters/champions.

Loma has no excuse for the Lopez and Haney losses. If he was that much better than Usyk he'd have won.

I think it's Usyk, and it's not even close. I like Loma, don't get me wrong. But what he does mainly comes from his size. He is the perfect fighter for his size. However, Usyk seems like an anomaly. He really defies the universal rules about how a 220 lbs fighter should move. It's just abnormal how busy he still is at 37, how many feints he does, how many shots he throws, and how many styles he can fight. He is much happier fighting on the back foot than Loma, for instance. Basically, Loma doesn't look out of place in his weight divisions. He just looks really good in there. Usyk, on the other hand, seems really out of place in a positive sense. It looks abnormal that a man his size moves and throws punches like a middleweight indeed. Fury had a prophetic moment when he labelled him a middleweight—just not in the sense he meant. Usyk is not like a middleweight because of his size and weight but because of the way he moves and works.

Usyk, and it's not even close. Usyk also expose Lomachenko as having a "supperior" footwork to Usyk, no he don't.
Loma struggle to figure out clinches in some of his fights, Usyk just don't allow them at all, and this is due to his footwork.
Usyk expose every single smaller fighter on this criteria to be fair.

Lomachenko is fighting guys his own size, as he can rehydrate and the difference is at worst 10 lbs in most of his fights, with the exception of few.
Usyk is fighting guys 20-40 pounds constantly, that also have huge height and reach + power advantage as well.

When did that happen with Lomachenko.
What is the biggest different in size, height and reach?

Usyk also doesn't let anything in the judges hand.

I said it many times, but some of the Loma fights that he should have won/draw, was very close. Aka 6-6, 7-5.

Usyk doesn't have such fights. In reality they are 10-2, 9-3, 8-4 at worst, so judges are afraid of robbing him, and at best it's SD, like Fury and AJ.

Usyk has better footwork, Usyk throws more punches, has better cardio, which is insane, having in mind this should be Lomachenko all over, as he is 80-90 lbs lighter. Usyk also better punch output, and figures his opponents faster. He also start faster. It's better all around fighter as well.

What exactly Loma has on Usyk is the question ? We see what happen with Loma going in size, and that his skills alone are not enough. Yet Usyk make a huge move, the hardest in Boxing from CW to HW, gives 40+ lbs advantage, and he is winning fights with his skills alone.

Also Loma never ever beat anyone as good as AJ and Fury, so it's clear.

And i'm a Loma fan as well, but he is nowhere Usyk.

It's actually mean a lot more. People have no close. At upper classes, it's not just about skills. You should also care a lot about your opponent power.
In lower weights, it's almost all about the skills, and who is more skilled often wins.
In upper division Power almost equal the skill difference, as 1 punch can end a fight.

So actually the weight doesn't matter a lot more in the lower classes.
In the upper it's one of the most important aspect, and you need to be a lot, a lot more skilled than your opponent to beat him, if he have weight advantage over you.

A hard hitting guy at 135 cannot KO or even hurt a durable light heavyweight. A hard hitting guy at cruiser can absolutely KO a super heavyweight with a solid chin. Evidence that weight matters less the larger you are. There is an upper limit to what punching power humans can take and the trend follows

The more you weigh the less value the pounds have as well because for larger people pounds take up a smaller percentage of the body mass relative to smaller guys. This is pure logic

Loma is more skilled, but its also easier for him because of weight, but i think overall Usyk is a better fighter.

Knowing how to win a fight is the best skill to have imo.

Loma's more skilled in what he can do but Usyk is better skilled in what he does do.

Loma's a bit more talented, but Usyk's got better skill, I think.

Loma is flashier and has greater athleticism. Usyk's defence and overall fundamentals are superior. Plus, he generally manages the flow of the fight and adapts to opponents better than Loma.

So, in terms of skill, I give the edge to Usyk.
