Both of them are to blame. Floyd could have done away with unprecedented testing and Manny could have just step up and take the test.

    Mayweathers.

    1. Demands for the size of gloves.. money... time of fight, the closer it is to Pacs fight with Cotto the better. Pacquiao says no problem lets do it.
    2. FMJ asked for blodd testing. Blood testing is unheard of in pro boxing. Pacquiao accepts ok lets do blood testing.
    3. FMJ says lets do random olympic style blood testing? Pacquiao "**** you floyd".

What Pacquiao demands are you may****ers talking about?

If thats so simple then why bring it up. A blood test is simple. Random is not. We all know pac gave in and accepted the blood testing procedures, but here goes gayweather "Lets make it random, i really have no intention of fighting this guy. He's called my bluff twice now, damn it"

I am not a huge fan of either fighter but it is Floyd.

Pac has been tested for years and has been clean. All cause he won't submit to a different form of testing is BS and does not make him a cheater.

Floyd morons are what they are. Morons.

    This fight needs to happen.

I would like to add. Who the **** does FMJ think he is trying to call the shots with this testing? He's pretty much saying the NSAC is incompetent.

    1. They're using 8oz gloves instead of the standard 10oz. That hardly sounds like a Mayweather demand to me given the fact that he's had hand problems and Manny favors the smaller, harder Reyes gloves. Floyd also agreed to pay a $10 million penalty if he comes in overweight. Also, I think the scheduling had more to do with the fact that Manny will be busy with his political campaign later on in the month, and I don't think a 50/50 split is out of line here. None of those are Pacquiao concessions, IMO.
    2. Some state commissions do blood testing for PEDs (Colorado is one). Others do them just for diseases. Blood testing is not unheard of in boxing.
    3. Pacquiao didn't say **** anybody. He said he didn't want blood being drawn close to the fight because he feels it "weakens" him. There is no medical evidence to suggest that the amount of blood taken for these routine blood tests can weaken anybody.

...And as much as I don't like the guy, I'm inclined to agree. The NSAC's testing protocol is two scheduled **** tests (one before the fight and one right after).
