    1. Pernell Whitaker - he knew he was the best, incredible balance and defence, great with both hands, could hit you from any angle and was always the showman in the ring.

    2. Roy Jones - the guy was an absolute freak in his prime, ridiculous hand speed and combinations, he was from another planet.

    3. Joe Calzaghe - i was a fan before the Lacy fight, i knew he was a great fighter with handspeed and toughness that i thought might eventually be his undoing, after the Lacy fight i realised he had it all, the intelligence and patience aswell, against Kessler he proved he was the elite of the elite. Always entertaining to watch with his high punch output.

    4. Chad Dawson - Tall right handed southpaw who throws crushing combinations, his right hooks to the body are a thing of beauty, on the outside his snappy combinations set up off perfect footwork using his range, the most naturally talented fighter since Roy. He is going to be p4p in the future, i can see he has a champion heart and wants to fight the best.

    5. Kelly Pavlik - i like him almost as much out of the ring as i do in the ring, great talker, funny guy who just loves to fight. When he's in the ring i get scared watching him, skinny big white guy with awkward footwork who's always walking forward throwing lots of punches with power with the look on his face like it's all a stroll in the park. You watch a Pavlik fight and you get action and a knockout.

1 - Vargas *The one who got me into boxing... i could write forever on why hes my fav.... was my hero when i was a kid.

2 - Miranda - Just totally connect with miranda, very interesting person and with good pop and an aggresive style, entertaining to me and i want to see him win so bad.

3 - Mayorga - Another guy that captures my emotions... i relate to him and want to see him succeed, love prime mayorga where he would come forward all night and never get hurt, never tire, and always throwing bombs.... was actually somewhat of an intimidating force before he became more of an entertaining contender.

4 - Wlad - A great person who when i was younger just thought was completely awsome... does good all over the world, and i am devistated when he loses... lol. Has good boxing skills and very good power when he wants to use it, its very rewarding as a fan to see him finally on top of the division and close to his dream after the purrity, sanders, and brewster setbacks and ridicule.

5 - Hatton - a nice guy who i cant really explain why i like him as much as i do, ive come to realise that his style is indeed not that great to watch but i cant help it i just like him and is a fav of mine.

    others (in order)

    Micky Ward
    Morales
    Ouma
    Cotto
    Judah
    Raf Marquez
    Mosley
    Tyson

I usually like fighters who have overcome a lot of adversity, have some sort of inner fire and dynamic personality. Their fighting is a way of showing who they are and losing to them simply isnt losing... its life. I relate to them and i see a bit of myself in each one in differant ways, i also like good people for the most part and it just makes them that much easier for me to like and root for. I cant seperate the people from the ring... because to me they go hand in hand for who i root for and like.
