Whose performance was better vs MA Gonzalez: Oscar or Tszyu?

    Oscar De La Hoya UD12 Miguel Angel Gonzalez, 1997

    or

    Kostya Tszyu TKO10 Miguel Angel Gonzalez, 1999

    Havent watched the Oscar fight in a while...Both guys won pretty handily.

    But Kostya really beat the living **** out of poor MAG..That was a brutal dissection.

    Oscar's was a really, really top class boxing performance though. Really well-rounded skills on show. Perhaps his most complete showing ever?

    Tszyu beat him down much worse, but Oscar faced a better Gonzalez and was technically better in the fight imo.

    Definitely Oscar's best use of a jab in a fight. IMO his best overall performance too.

    Overall I prefer Oscar's performance, though Tszyu's was outstanding too.

    Gonzalez was already going down hill fast when Tszyu beat him. This wasnt the same Gonzalez that drew with a faded Chavez or made all thosse defenses at LW.

    ODLH beat the better version.
