No, I haven't just fabricated a period in time. For a start, I'm going back 4 years ! I'm talking about HW Haye, ie.post-cruiser Haye.

I consider his serious heavyweight campaign started in April 2008 on an escalator in the excel centre, after his final cruiserweight fight. That's about the time where all the fanfare started and he was being recognized as a contender for heavyweight.
But if you want to throw in the Bonin fight, fine. :good
I have no problem with that at all.

    I have no agenda.
If you rate Haye highly, that's up to you. (But even you seem to acknowledge 50% dull in his HW record)
I don't like Haye as a fighter because his style bores me.
I don't like Haye's public persona largely because he tells people how good and exciting he is as a fighter.

That's it. If you want to call that an "agenda", whatever.
I tend to call it my honest personal opinion. :good

How the **** can Boxrec have an agenda? That's a joke.

The Barrett fight was pretty good. A decent fight, though hardly a classic slugfest.

But I don't understand the excuses for the other fights. Haye is not an exciting fighter, you can't put all the blame on the opponents.

Also, Wladimir outclassed Haye. The only way he didn't do too well was he couldn't catch him with enough punches, and that's largely because Haye fought a shamefully negative survival 'fight'.

On all scheduled fights on boxrec, underneath says "bout subject to change & commission approval"

Obviously, the local commission (ie. the BBBofC) have already refused approval of this bout.

    That might be the reason.
