Why are people picking Bute over Froch?

I Fancy Froch to take this by late stoppage. Bute is a great talent but i still fancy Froch to turn this into a war.

 

He didn't win a round, in my opinion.

 

2 judges had it 115-113 so you must of been watching a different fight

Seriously though I had it 117-111 to Ward so Ward won comfortably but not beaten as badly as your making out.

Froch got badly schooled. Those 115-113 scores didn't reflect the fight at all. I had it a complete whitewash. Maybe one generous round for Froch near the end, but that's it.

 

I only gave Froch the last 2 rounds I think. But to say it was "embarrassing" is unfair on both Froch and Ward.

Surely the Ward fight thought people they can't pick Froch to win just because they love the dude? The same arguments were put forward for the Ward fight; ''he's more experienced'', ''he wants it so much'', ''he's a true warrior'', etc. People mostly presented reasons why they wanted Froch to win rather than valid points on why he could/would win.

And then SOG schooled him.

Bute wins this fight unless he gets shafted with a home decision I like Froch but I don't really see where he has definitive advantage in this fight (apart from being at home) .

 

In this instance it's about styles rather than 'proven ability' and anyway, Bute is already a top contender. Fighting another top contender in Froch does not require a big stretch of the imagination.
