Link? We know Oscar's not to bright, but supposedly Schaefer is. How do you suppose he didn't see this coming, was so obvious? What was your prediction?
How about the guy in your avatar? He attempted to unify belts at a CW. If that's not cheating history, I don't know what is. Of course, the belt he tried to unify was not legit at all, obtained through blatant robbery. Does that make the CW better in your eyes maybe?
Nope i am one of the first to admit the sturm fight was a bad decision and the catchweight for the belt was also crap. Unlike the *******s, who believe catchweights are legitimate negotiating tactics :verysad
Well obviously it's worse asking for a CW in the division you're holding a belt in, than asking for one when moving up. You're pretty much admitting to being a paper champ. Not that we didn't know that about DLH's MW belt. But if it's any comfort, DLH's MW CW is nowhere near as bad as what Cotto tried to pull on that one eyed bum at SWW.
These were my personal favorites. I especially love Arum acting like there was some mystery as to whether Floyd would actually get licensed, as well as the idea that it's just a goshdarned mystery who to contact. Also I had completely forgotten what horrible damage would befall Pacquiao's reputation and political prospects had he fought miscreant like Floyd
You are just now noticing that Pac is sometimes too little but sometimes not too little depending upon his opponent. Wow.
And pac has never held any paper titles right? I mean besides the WBO, the catchweight belt, the sww belt, etc. :deal
No doubt, his SWW belt is paper as hell. The WW belt didn't start out ideal, but he's defended against a couple of top 10 guys, he's justified it since. How about this, order these belt winning efforts in terms of quality: 1. Cotto at 145 2. Matt Hatton at 150, while missing the catchweight 3. Alligator armed Aydin at 147. Aydin 151 fight night, never beat a top 10 welter, but robbed a non top 10 JWW Jojo Dan 4. Jennings at 147
Anyone can come up with a laundry list of **** talk for a modern fighter. I don't understand how "boxing fans" can be so negative about one of the sports main figures be it EITHER Pacquiao OR Floyd smh
Stars dictate ****. It ain't right but thats how it goes. But honestly, who still gives a **** about Pac-May? Let em ask for whatever they want. They already killed the fight.
