Size dont mean ****. They were the same weight and Hatton was actually heavier on fight night. B/c he is short? He has always been short. WTF is your point. Pavlik is tall and lanky with little muscle. Since when has looking big meant anything? You are some funny mofos. Hopkins is the only 43 year old fighter taking on all comers so what the **** does that have to do with Mayweather? Who fought the best at the divisions he ruled over the longest and fought select guys when he moved up. Just like Bhop. Bhop fought Tarver at LHW. That is all. Everybody else were middleweights moving up.

B-Hop is my guy, I'm not putting him down. However, he's stayed away from some of those guys at LHW because of his age. Floyd has stayed away from guys like Margo because he's at a significant size advantage. Hopkins is still a good size LHW. Floyd is a JWW parading around as a WW. If Floyd was still at 140, he wouldn't be concerned about anyone because no one would put him at a significant size disadvantage. Hopkins has to be selective of his opponents because of his age, Floyd does so because of his size.

Zab was a top 5 Welter when Floyd fought him and was 1 fight removed from being the undisputed champ and a top 10 p4p fighter. Let's not also forget that they agreed to fight each other when Zab was still the champ. Baldo isn't all that, but he was the recognized champ and that was Floyd's 3rd or 4th choice. Again, Hopkins is one of my favorites and I'm proud of how his career has gone at such an advanced age. However, I believe people are being too hard on Floyd.

Man I respect your opinion most of the times, but the fact you like Mayweather so much blinds you.

What has Taylor done after B-Hop - What has Hatton done after Floyd?

Tarver got schooled - .... yeah at age 39 and by the most talented young guy at Light-Heavy.

Wright was old and blown up - And DLH was young and at his prime when he fought Floyd?

Don't get carried away by your liking of Mayweather.

That said, I have much respect for Mayweather, a truly great fighter.

Size dont mean **** huh? lol.... ooooook...

i guess if mayweather lost to williams it would just be because williams is that much better then him right? not because williams is bigger then him? because hey... they both weighed in the same? lol.. right

the point is u can make an argument that every fighter has weaknesses...bhop and floyd are both legends...u can't just dismiss floyds skill and accomplishments

eastman thats one fighter that wasnt really that good and still was 40-1

taylor hasnt done **** cause bernard took his heart in those 2 fights

    tarver just got schooled

joe c? beat him easily? your nuts joe c did nothing

wright hop still won and he was old? hahaha he was like 35 hopkins was 42 dont say he was old pbf fought dlh when he was 36 u gona say he was old

pavlik was schooled straight up by a guy 17yrs older and pbf still wouldnt beat pavlik ur prove ur dumbness by saying some stupid **** like that

DLH was smaller just like hatton was alot smaller then mayweather and DLH didnt look good against sturm just like hatton lost and was almost KO'd by collazo

    1. Jones
    2. Hopkins
    3. Mayweather

If Hopkins somehow rematches Jones and wins, then he's greater than Jones.

    true that, true that...

but he also might have a few more losses on his record if he had fought zoo, cotto, margarito, or williams.

PERSONALLY... i dont think you can REALLY hold those against him because he wasnt really in KT's weight class when KT was on top, and the other WW's are just too big for him (besides cotto) but thats also why i dont rank him above some others at WW... because to me he didnt prove anything at WW... he beat sharmba (a 140lber) judah (a 140lber) and Baldomir... BALDOMIR... who beat judah and gatti (both 140lbers) to get to where he was at...

believe me... MAYWEATHER knows in his HEART why he didnt fight the TRUE BEST at 147, and i dont BLAME him... but his fans get on my nerves acting like hes some WW king... 140 and below, where he SHOULD be fighting at anyways... hell ya, he is the man.
