If BHOP were a "natural" LHW he wouldn't have lost his first Pro fight, as a LHW.

Later he wouldn't have lost so badly to "True" LHW, Kovalev.
In post fight interviews BHOP made it perfectly clear that he was unable to match Kovalev's size advantage.
For anyone who watched the figh and have eyes, you could see how much smaller BHOP looked against Kovalev.

Only a fool like you would believe BHOP drained 15 lbs for his entire career just to make MW.

You are a wimp grasping at every flooding straw to justify Golovkin facing subpar opposition.
    No one is fooled.

    .......

I'm from Philly and know Hopkins career to a tee. Hopkins didn't know what he wanted to do as far as life was concerned after being released from prison. He didn't have an amateur career, he learned fighting from the streets and in prison. Once he lost, he took a huge 2 year sabbatical from the sport to to focus on what he wanted to do in life. Once he knew that boxing was his callin, he ate, slept and breathed boxing.

He was supremely motivated and became a gym rat, maintained a strict diet to stay in supreme shape 365 days out of the year, and decided to finally move up once his titles were taken away.

Hopkins was a 50 year old man in the Kova fight, is that your justification for claiming that Hopkins is a small little MW? :rofl

No one is justifying anything... The Brook-GGG fight is a complete joke. Hopkins-Trinidad was a legitimate fight for the undisputed MW title. Trinidad was the p4p number 1 fighter in the world and had just knocked out long reigning WBA MW champ Joppy. Brook has never done anything close to that in his career, he's a domestic level belt holder. That still didn't mean Hopkins was the naturally bigger man and is a natural LHW.

Trinadad and Hops fought because of a 4 man tournament put together by Don King! Hops beat his man and Trinadad beat William Joppy to then face Hopkins.

Damn, you need this explained too? Coming out of prison he wasn't a natural 175 lbs. You think that he was. We call it the Pacman syndrome. When you get out, if you don't stay on top of that lifting and eating you shrink. Damn clear enough?

LOL, what you stated sounds very much like a young man who was probably eating and maintaining the wrong diet for boxing. Due to this BHOP may have weighed more than he should. It's not as if you have the option of maintaining a proper diet in prison.
Once he became focused and implemented the correct diet, 160 may very well have been his NATURAL weight.
This is more probable than someone making a blind statement that throughout his MW career, BHOP was a natural LHW.

What I wrote is exactly what it means. He was draining muscle mass to maintain the MW limit, it's easier on the body when you're younger and treat your body with care, but as you get older, it strains your body and you lose stamina. It's why Hopkins was ineffective in the later round as time progressed. In the end, Hopkins body couldn't go to work for 12 rounds which is why he lost those Taylor fights. Even at SMW Hopkins would of won those Taylor fights convincingly.

Actually, I am one of those people who believe BHOP beat Taylor, but the fight was close due to Taylor's age and athleticism which enabled him to very slightly outwork BHOP.

Up, let's just keep it G. We all know that HBO thought that Taylor had a more fan friendly style and that's why Hop Drew and then lost a freakin UD.
