Right. The vast majority opinion actually does matter and it’s YOUR opinion and the rest of that 20% that love to point to boxrec (when it suits them) who’s opinions are generally laughed at. I'm curious about your reply although we both no the answer is NO. It's not just Boxrec, it's any site, any place sports results are cataloged. 6 months from now, 5 years from now, 50 years from now it will read the same: Alvarez MD12 Golovkin. Maybe they'll put a little * for guys unhappy with the results but I've never seen it in all my years of watching fights. Every close decision is criticized in boxing and it will always be because it's too subjective. Guys on message boards argue harder about these results than the boxers on the losing end themselves do.
