I don't really care for Pac or Thurman. Have they tested positive before? But yes, 3 weeks is even more laughable. How is this relevant to the subject at hand?
2 months is a long time, enough to complete a full cycle. You clearly are no expert.

Pacquiao avoided random testing when he was moving up, and suspected of roiding. Why any innocent person would reject a fight because random testing was stipulated is beyond me.

The only requirement the WBC has is for fighter to enroll in their Clean boxer program which is different to what Canelo enrolled.

"I want to let you know that I just signed the contract with VADA for year round testing," Alvarez wrote on Twitter.

"We have received paperwork from Mr. Alvarez's representatives for year-round testing (24/7/365) through VADA," Dr. Margaret Goodman, president of VADA, said in an email to ESPN.

De La Hoya told ESPN. "This is voluntary and Canelo is paying for the testing out of his own pocket because he wants to prove to his fans that he is a clean fighter. Any time they want to test him he will make himself available. ... Canelo is doing this because he is listening to his fans. The criticism will always be there, but he decided to listen and prove to everyone that he is clean."

"What people don't know is Canelo is getting randomly tested by the Nevada commission," De La Hoya said. "He wants to be tested year-round. He wants to do this for his fans and that's why he's doing this so they won't doubt him."

That's just Golden Boy spin, he was taken off the WBC rankings prior to signing up to VADA.

It’s like Kovalev was expecting to get knocked out. He was always nice to Canelo and then touching gloves before and after every round. I get that he didn’t want to throw the right hand because it would open him up, but god damn you still got to throw it sometimes. I think he just knew his chin power has declined

    Omg.

He was taken off because of technical rules. The WBC removes fighters not enrolled in CB Program which Canelo was not, but almost immediately enrolled in 365/24/7 program.

365 and CB are two completely different programs.

Imagine canelo krushing prime Cleverly in 4 rounds.... That's like saying Danny Williams KO'd Tyson because he is the better fighter

what? i have no idea what youre trying convince yourself of with this post, nor do i care. my post was impossible to misunderstand. canelo is the better fighter, at any weight, at any time. only reason kovalev can compete, is because of the size disparity. nothing hard to understand about any of that.

Yeah, like Marciano was a better fighter than Joe Louis and only reason Louis was competitive was size, yeah keep convincing yourself

actually, you seem to be having the trouble with reality here. i get it, ydksab, so you tape together some jagged line of reasoning that will help you deal with whats making you feel insecure. im just not the one to try that dumbassery with, i actually know boxing. again, my post was not that difficult to understand, learn to deal better with reality.

I mean yes, YDKSAB, you keep telling Canelo won because he is the better fighter, you have the reasoning of a little child, you keep forgeting factors that play a big role in boxing, and life in general, Kovalev is shot to pieces, can't imagine the beating prime Krusher would do to Saul, that's why Team Canelo wanted the fight, Kovalev had 2 months to rest and prepare his next fight yet he is almost 37, loves alcohol almost as I do, and has been on decline 4 years now, Canelo is the face of pro boxing he couldn't lose, that would have been worst than Joshua loosing to Ruiz, stupid rehidration clauses (rumours), Canelo is at his ****ing prime, Kovalev not, in spite of all above, Kova was outboxing him. Going back to your logic, Macarinelli beat RJJ because he is the better fighter yeah.
Sorry for my English, it's hard for me to express myself correctly and I'm writing from a crappy phone
