When merchant asked about his demand, he should have had the balls to shout it out for all the crowd to hear:

Floyd: No Larry, i'm not backing down from my purse demand. I will give Pacquiao a guaranteed purse just like all my opponents and he isn't gonna get a single penny off the PPV buys. That's the way it should be because im the only cash cow of boxing.

You're acting like floyd and pac and koncz haven't discussed things on the phone. Floyd offer was a flat fee of 40 million more than anything pac will ever get. He said he would wire him 20 million in 2 days, pac refused end of negotiations. If pac wants the fight all he has to do is accept and take the test.

 

He might not have an issue for OSDT in order to fight Floyd. However, like Floyd, why hasn't Pac started it already for this fight ?
If he did that, we would be sure and Floyd would have to stop bitching about him not doing it.
