Why did Guzman vs Katsidis never come off?

In what area of boxing is Guzman overrated? He's got it all as far as im concerned

I don't know if he avoided Katsidis, but it seems he wants to to fight Pac, which is a fight I would like to see. I hope Pac fights him regardless of the outcome of his fight against Marquez on March 15.

Got some cousons in Queensland who have filmed Kats queensland fights and i have also been to all his penrith panthers leagues club bouts.

Some of my relos are riding hard on the Katsidis express.

More like 13, but still. Don't forget, at the unofficial weigh-in, the fighter is usually wearing his shoes, trunks and gloves (with whatever else goes underneath them). Still, gaining more than 10% of youer body weight in a day is a lot.

 

All? do you mean he's really that good? Well let me site a couple of things why he doe'snt have it all:
He sometimes leaves himself wide open and being labeled as a pbf copycat: he sometimes goes to a brawl (like the barrios fight)which is not the case with pbf(if you wanna go to the pros of boxers: leaving yourself wide open in brawling is a no-no), so guz also gets tagged in the face too, unlike pbf. Is it because he don't want to be called a runner like pbf or he just wanna show he had a good chin or he just wanted to impress the judges and the boxing afficionados? I don't know. But he too runs which is a con for brawler lovers. That's why he had the monicker guzrun.
His power had dissolved as he went up even waaay down to the sb's up here to the sf. If again you are going to say that the reason being is that he is a boxer in the mayweather way, well he is a flawed "mayweather boxer" coz he can get tagged squarely to the face unlike pbf. That's why for me he is just a cracked prototype of pbf.
So if he can't get this flaws which attracts critics, then you can't say that he has an "a" game in all departments like you said. For one; power is absent obviously in one of those departments.
Can i ask a question then, who do you think is better: pbf or guz???
