No one is debating Floyd has had questionable fights at 147.

So you agree with Caelum though that Pac's career has been carefully chosen since his move above 140?

Because at the time Shanes skills hadn't deteriorated enough yet. when Pac took the fight it was obvious it was over.

No, my point is we can choose to disparage the wins of countless boxers throughout history...if we really want to. For example...

Ali beat Fraizer after getting one of the most vicious beatdowns ever from Foreman, therefore these wins are questionable.

Wards biggest victories versus Kessler(Calzaghe already planted a seed of doubt), Froch(lost versus Kessler), and Abraham(Dirrell and Froch already exposed him)...so this means his resume is utter crap apparently.

Sorry Broner, that impressive ko win versus Litzau is irrelevant, Robert Pillow Fists Guerrero already dispatched this chump before you. By default, this means Caballero sucks REALLY bad because Litzau beat him.

The possibilities are endless. Using this math there have very few relevant fighters. Really, the only way you can get a meaningful win is to beat someone who is undefeated, no matter how hollow 'undefeated' really is. Many of these classic bouts we love apparently mean nothing in hindsight.

Shocking. Someone with some common sense with no agenda. Very few have that on this board as evidenced by this thread. People always trying to discredit or pump up their fighter.

That wasn't the point. There is a difference between **** happens and purposefully waiting things out for the right time to face an opponent. But yes, overall, it has been done many times before and things happen in boxing that are out of your control. Sometimes fighters can bounce back...sometimes they can bounce back just enough...and sometimes there is no bounce left. But are you purposefully waiting for that bounce to be gone is the question?

And mother****ers also tend to forget that Floyd called Shane's ass out well before that and was turned away because Shane had a dentist appointment and a family vacation coming up. How many years did "Pac" wait to face Shane after he beat the **** out of ***arito? :think

Yeah, not only was Mosley old, he had ring rust. Therefore, this win means nothing. Never mind the fact that Mosley's win versus Margarito means nothing because Margarito's entire career is questionable due to plaster. If you really think about it there have been only a handful of legitimate victories in all of boxing history. Right?

Uh I thought Mosley was already old when he fought Floyd to begin with.

And I thought Margarito is nothing without those plaster...

Are you trying to discredit Pac even more by saying he not only waiting for Margarito to get destroyed by Shane but having no plaster was an even greater thing when they fought for the World jrMW Title at a catchweight ?
