I'll gladly have a chat with him.

It'll probably be the hardest interview he's ever had to give, not that it means much, given he's had the easiest possible ride from everyone else.

Let's see Haye attempt to justify his heavyweight ''career'' to someone that will ask the difficult questions.

Out of interest, what questions would you ask him exactly?

Beeston, justify his heavyweight career?. Granted he hasn't done what he said he would do, which 90% is just hype for promotion, but Valuev, and then decisively beating Ruiz, and then probably Potvekin/Chageav followed by another heavyweight in Oct, is as good as anyone who's been heavyweight champion in the last decade.

Thanks Buncey. First honest Haye post from you in a long time.

I actually like the Chagaev fight. Hes a top 5 HW, southpaw, short and very tough, will go 12 rounds at a pace which i still don't think Haye can do at HW.

I hope you stick to your "its a poor fight" line once its made though and don't tow the Haye/Sky line.

For me though, the Harrison fight lost all 9 lives for Haye. Deep down it bothers him, so i don't go as far as Beeston and the yanks as booth is the real problem.

Yeah, to use a tired cliche, don't hate the player, hate the game. However it does make you wonder at what price selling out your integrity for fear of the repercussions pays. Good I would assume, I'm pretty sure I'd do it to for the chance to follow boxing all over the world :D

If you think Haye wont sell out the O2 then you're mad.

Chagaev is not the fight I want to see...but it is miles better than Haye v a gutless yank. It's not a poor fight, it's a poor alternative to the fights we all want.

    Adios.

Better than the Klitscko brothers are you serious?? I ****ing hate them bitches with a passion but Wlad and Vitalis legeacy and resume dick all over Hayes.

    Barrett 3
    Valuev 39
    Ruiz 38
    Harrison 39

Oh and all this happend in the 3 year period which is most shocking.

At the end of the day Haye had the 50-50 no options offer, same one he was willing to accept for July, last year but he picked Harrison instead

What needs to happen is that Haye will go on to a TV program or general sports programme with someone who he expects to get a easy ride from and then being briefed by some of us or more likely bunce to ask the questions on the spot

    LOLOLOOL!!!

Imagine Haye doing a 'Preston' and walking off after being grilled in a Frost-Nixon way by Paul o'Grady or Graham Norton!

I'd start with his cruiserweight career and discuss how he managed to get himself into title contention, then the wins over Mormeck and Enzo.... and the move up to HW.

Then the goading of the Klitschkos, the 8 month layoff, the Barrett fight..... then the collapse of the original deal to fight Wlad.

I'd then progress through the past 18 months in sequence, and the failure to make a fight with either Wlad or Vitali.

How to justify a fight with Audley Harrison (money aside) and then the latest farcical negotiations with Wlad and Haye storming out like a diva.

If you hype yourself up as much as he has, you are going to become the victim (if that's the right word) of some criticism from various quarters.

It's a weak era, we all know that - but in this instance he's not even taking on the biggest challenges.

Would be like Frank Bruno beating Francesco Damiani for the WBO, defending it against Henry Akinwande, Bruce Seldon and Alex Stewart..... then retiring.
