well you shouldnt be so negative and shallow then. leave that for the people who don't leave there house!
I disagree here. I think Khan will make short work of Bradley. If Bradley fights like he did against Alexander (not a huge work rate with big looping punches), Khan will break him down fairly quickly using speed and quick, straight barrages of shots. If not a stoppage, at least a wide points decision.
Lame ass people surround him? Yes. Can he do anything about it? No. He's his daddy's baby, can't say no to dad whatsoever. His attitude? He's a kitten compared to Mayweather and other African American fighters. People dislike Khan for many reasons but there isn't anything wrong with it as long as you can back it up. If all you're doing is being racist, you're not adding anything to the conversation except satisfying your own backward desires. Also, saying he's "over hyped" doesn't mean anything. Just means there is a lot of hype surrounding him and his fights, which makes a lot of sense considering his popularity. Does he talk **** sometimes? Yes he does, but he's currently on the road to backing it up after the Maidana fight, where his own fans thought he would be KTFO. I don't mind people disliking Khan, it's the bs they talk about without having anything to back up their statements that people have issue with. For example "Because he's a ***" is an utterly imbecilic statement. :-(
I don't mind Khan's arrogance/cockiness. I don't mind that from athletes, I expect them to be cocky. Some people want quiet confidence from athletes, but I suspect that in their heads the "quiet confident" athletes still have a cocky/arrogant mentality. "I'm the best, who is he to beat ME?" -Khan is the fastest fighter ever -Khan has great footwork -Khan will beat Mayweather, his boxing skills, speed, and FOOTWORK is too good. -Khan only had trouble with Maidana because he tried to impress the audience.
because he is more successful then you could ever dream of and your just plain jealous of him thats what it has to be think about it. :huh:rofl:rofl:rofl
wow, thats a big statement.while he gets my back up i fear he will be round for quite some time.his improvements under roach are there to be seen.everyone as there own opinion of people, fans pay these guys wagers so they have a right to say how they feel and not be jumped on.
"Me and Mayweather......" "Me and Manny...... "My speed is....." "My power is....." "Before I retire from this sport, I'm........." Anytime a fighter who has'nt accomplished much in the sport is speaking in these terms, its enough to make you puke......so I follow along with what the thread starter is saying........
I don't particularly like Khan, or his horrible, greedy family. I remember watching the Prescott fight and noticing his dad at ringside looking more annoyed and disappointed at the loss than concerned for his son, who was laid out on the kanvas. What a ****ing rat. In my eyes, Khan was a complete hype job before Maidana - wins over Paulie Malinaggi and an ancient Barrera aren't going to impress anyone - but I have to admit he earned his spurs in the Maidana fight. The way he came through it was impressive, and if nothing else, the fight was exciting. He's going to be around for quite a while I'm afraid.
As long as he's only cocky and doesn't try to degrade other fighters I don't have a problem with his character. He did a good job on the Bradley-Alexander telecast. Seems like a natural and I could see him being an analyst or regular panelist for Sky in the future. Get used to seeing his ugly mug on TV son, it's gonna be on it for a while yet .
