Why do so many Klitschko fans accuse others of being racists?

For the most part I wouldnt say 'racism' is a factor, although I will say when they first came on the scene people everywhere assumed they werent elite because they werent black - which was the typical colour of the HW at that time.

It makes me think of the Vitali / Rahman buildup, where HBO stated that Rahman was the "Naturally more gifted and athletic fighter"

In what world is Hasim Rahman a superior athlete to Vitali? What athlete would rather have the athletic genes of HASIM RAHMAN over Klitschko?? None. Simply because he was black he was labeled as the "superior athlete," when in fact his natural athletics werent even comparable to world class like Wlad/Vitali.

 

Never thought about it before, but I have Rahman (the one who faced Lewis) and the Klits at roughly the same skill levels. :yep

Beside Wlad is much more athletically gifted than Big V who tripped over his own two feet against Adamek . . . Big V is a natural born fighter but i would not say he is the most athletically gifted person

It gives them a way out to be "proud of their heritage" while not neccesarily proud of all of it....The KKK was formed in reaction to the Reconstruction policies. Nothing less. There was no nobility in it what so ever. The KKK were pure thugs, often ex-Confederate enlisted, who commited some of the worst crimes committed on American soil. They were a dominant political force in the South until the Great Migration. Any attempts to paint it otherwise are folly.

Some Klit fans cannot see why anyone could possibly dislike the brothers except being racist or jealous of their success. I state my reasons for disliking them but their fans always come back with "No you're just hiding your racism Britard (?)". I am white as snow and would not hate on anyone for what they achieve.

On the other hand it is fun to recall the socially acceptable racism of some black fans preaching of "The more naturally gifted race" or "Ain't getting beat by no white boy" when now 9 of the top 10 heavyweights are white. lol.
