Exactly!:-( To be honest if I were in Cotto's camp I wouldn't be pushing for a rematch with Margo this soon. That fight took a lot out of him. He needs to build himself back up. I would look into getting a good young fighter like Berto that he could beat impressively and get his confidence back with. He shouldn't be thinking about Margo until 2010.

He never quit because he never had to, he never fought Marge or this type of pressure fighter.

Am I saying he would quit against Marge? Of course not, I am only saying, you can't know before it happens.

PBF is 39-0 a who fought from 130-154 a 3 time linear champ a 5 weight class title holder. My friend if he never took any risks he could have stayed at 130 and wiped the floor with the likes of EM, MAB, JMM and Pac.:deal Not to mention PBF is simply too good defensively, too good stamina, too good chin and knows how to clinch to be put in that postion.:hi:

Arum said win or lose that Cotto v Margarito II is on --

Cotto can make adjustments ... I don't know why he isn't the type of fighter to clinch ... it wouldve bought him some time and he wouldve been able to last long and throw Margarito's rhythm off --

I think that Cotto is going to taste the same faite as he did the first time they fought ...

He has fought pressure fighters before all with various forms of pressure. Augustus, Chavez, Ndou, JLC and Hatton all come to mind. He just had the ability to to adapt, the mental tougness and the neccessay skill set to survive and come away with the win.
