According to Hunter's version Froch was never the same after he fought Ward. How a shot Froch could do that to Bute is a miracle. If only Ward would have beaten Froch to it that would of uped his stock a lot. Cleaned out the division completely.

Yeah, but that's not what Andre Ward is all about though.
    He's a complete bonehead.
He probably would've beat Dawson at 175 and made a real case for himself as the best fighter in the world and made a sh*t load of new fans.
    He chose another route lol
It's been a series of dumbf*ck decisions since he talked his way out of the Bute fight, post S6 final.

I can't disagree with this. I in fact made a video highlighting those points a few months back.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9rpT5SYHKo

Ward should have insisted he face Dawson at 175. And honestly, I think it was a potential opportunity where they could even have done a catchweight and lobbied for something similar to what Leonard and Lalonde did - where there were 168 & 175 pound titles on the line - it would have given him the opportunity to move to 175 full time, or drop back down, and he'd have likely garnered much more respect for the victory than he currently receives.

And looking back on that fight, I think Ward beats Dawson, whether it was 168, 175, 190, or whatever.

Ward could've got healed up, went to Canada, beat Bute and got paid for it.
Bute even offered to go to Oakland.
Could've cleaned out 168 completely(like he said that he would) and the Dawson fight would've still been there.
    Could've beat Dawson at 175 and there's your p4p#1
He has no one to blame but himself. He derailed his own career.

Also I don't believe that Chad Dawson, who hadn't fought at 168 in 6 years, just decided on his own right there on the spot after the BHop fight to call out Ward at 168.
That does not make any sense.
That fight never would've happened at 175, imo.

You are a fool if you think CoWard will fight KKK.
He will take milions for Rohans and co, and than get into dispute with Roc Nation (Goossen ring any bells) for not getting meaningful fights. And than he will spend rest of his life on court.

Because now that Mayweather is retired the Floyd diehards need another undefeated, preferably black fighter to get behind of. Broner was that man for a while until Maidana beat him. After that the Broner wall posters in their bedrooms all got torn down. Its really not hard to see what's happening.

What I like about Andre Ward as he doesn't need to bring a huge posse to ring like Riddkk Bowe used to do. Shows that he's confident and doesn't need cheerleaders.

GGG had to sign that "deal" Ward sent immediately and agree to a 50/50 split now for a fight that wouldn't even happen for a year/18 months from now.
Had to sign that contract even though he had a fight lined up and Ward wasn't even ready.
Where's the "deal" for Kovalev to sign?
He's got a fight lined up and Ward is fighting these tune ups he was always going to be fighting anyways(above 168lbs too)
Where's this "50/50 split, fight me sometime in a year/18 months when I'm finished with my tune ups and you're worth more money"
    "deal" for Kovalev?
That was a legit offer Ward's team sent to K2, right?:think
Where's Kovalev's contract? Ward really wants to fight Kovalev like he wanted to fight GGG, right?:blood
Why not go ahead and get that precious 50/50 split agreed to now for their fight next year/18 months or whenever Ward is finished f*cking around?:rofl

what about k2s alleged 164 deal that came first? you know...the one that basically assured ward saying no...

    lol@you believing loeffler

ward will fight kova before ggg faces an elite fighter....believe that....ward vs kova while ggg is still fighting the likes of heiland(and somehow you think this will make ggg worth all this money)
