Everyone knows Floyd lies to get people mad all the time..lol He said he don't do catchweight fights after his 144 pound fight with Marquez.. The only reason he said that is to hype his fight with a Cotto.. Pac was on a CW streak and Floyd fought Cotto at full 154 not 145..

Second, I don't watch Floyd interviews at all unless he's talking about something interesting like his thoughts on other fighters.. The ones who study Floyd the most is the ones that hate him.. And MVC of course...lol

And I have no idea what was said after that.. I tried to go back and read it, but my game started on NBA 2K16...

Why wouldn't he have been disciplined against Floyd? Look from his perspective. He'd have been fighting a much smaller guy who had no power at the weight, and who wasn't aggressive. He wouldn't have taken any chances.

To expose Tommy's weaknesses, you had to take him out of his comfort zone. And how did you take him out of his comfort zone? By aggressively pressuring him and fighting him like Ray, Marvin and Barkley did. But Floyd doesn't fight in that manner. He doesn't fight. He hasn't got their strength. He hasn't got their power. He hasn't got their aggressive will and heart where he's willing to trade in a shootout.

Tommy was comfortable boxing behind his jab until he was pressured and fought. Again, Floyd would not have pressured and fought him to have exposed his weaknesses.

How long have you been watching boxing?

I shouldn't have to explain this to you.

It doesn't matter if Floyd's never been knocked out and Tommy has. It has no bearing on a head to head fight between them both.

Damn if they did fight, would Floyd even throw a punch? The way you guys argue is like he would just stand there waiting to get punched.. Every time someone gives their opinion about it by using a fighter Floyd fought, you'll just say "but he's not Hearns".. I cam say pressure didn't beat Floyd Oscar or Maidana tried it.. Then you'll say

Of course he'd have throw punches, but if Tommy had pressured him, it's highly unlikely he'd have traded. He'd have gone into a defensive mode.

If you don't agree, give me a logical breakdown of how he could have banked enough rounds to have won a decision.

You have weakened your own argument by bringing Oscar and Maidana to the table. Look at the trouble Floyd had there. Yet they didn't possess Tommy's skills, range or power.

Exactly - paydays! The excuse for Runfeather ducking Manny in his prime wasn't money, as I'm sure you must know. He's worse than Chickenson.

Has void EVER said anything interesting? He just repeats the same sh*t endlessly, with no integrity at all.

    It's just a blanket statement.

    How would he have adjusted?

How would he have gotten the victory?

If all you needed was pressure, he would have lost already.. People say he can't punch, but nobody is just eating his punches and keep going forward..

All the trouble he was in against Maidana at his advanced age still didn't make a difference because he win twice.. Oscar for everything he wanted and still lost.. My argument is doing pretty good depends on how you look at it..

All I'm saying is that it's not as impossible for Floyd to beat those guys as you make it seem...
