Khan is definitely a front runner. Anyone that offers him a challenge, and his confidence fades, along with his stamina. Plus all the running. And his "showboating" is so unconvincing.
If you had maidana up in that fight at the moment he tagged khan with the right in round 10, does that mean you have him winning that fight?
His speed also decreases but the khantards think he has enough to beat mayweather, always talking about his speed.
50-50 until that round. It's same as the Peterson fight, could have gone either way. The 10th turned it around for me - AK/MM. That put Maidana up for me. Morales-Maidana too, I had EM up; maybe I'm **** at scoring, I don't know. Just my call.
Well morales vs maidana and khan peterson were pretty close. I feel khan won the maidana fight, at the very best 113-112, the 10th round and 11 after that certainly helped maidana make it closer than it was after 9 imo.
Good scoring, buddy. 10/11 were, for me, Maidana rounds. But it's a funny one. See also Pac-JMM, and blame Bob Arum for that...
I am a huge Khan fan so feel I know what your talking about as well as why it happens. The main reason is from the first bell he is in 5th gear. He fights at one pace until he's too tired to fight in the same way he did at the start. Second, and more importantly is his nervous energy. He never seems calm he is jittery and this wastes a lot of his energy. I think his muscles are always tense when in the ring. I bet he doesn't have the problem in sparring. Just my thoughts. Hope it helps
Looks simular to ODLH to me... very jittery and it makes him expend a ton of energy so he tires out even if his conditioning is good. That said hes nowhere near as good as a prime Oscar.
