why does wlad try to act "hard" sometimes

    Because he is... You dont become what he has without having a mean streak. You just dont...maybe that doesnt make up most of his character you it has to surface at some point(s).

    So you can't say its fake just because he only shows it 10% of the time...

    He's the best heavyweight on the planet. I don't think it's acting. Of course he can be pleasant when he wants to be but that's not to say he doesn't have a mean streak.
