Why doesn't Margarito go up to 154lbs? HE CAN'T. His style is built on trucking forward, taking punishment, bulling people. The bigger the fighters he faces, the worst his prospects of this are.
:| Dont act like you dont know that the thread starter is one of the wrost and biggest Margo hater on the forum.:deal
Why not? Because the thread isn't about Floyd. It's about Why doesn't Margo move up to 154? Look at who turns the topic into Floyd the most, the Margo lovers/Floyd haters.
Cause it is obvisouly a hate thread and we all know what happen's so there's no big deal on bashing Floyd.
So you're obsession with Floyd makes you guys talk about Floyd in threads not about him. Gotcha. Did you have a lil too many BLLs today?
I guess we're supposed to think it's a legit thread. Kinda like 1lehudson's "Can Margarito walk through a punch from Hearns". atsch
Nah, I had a few last night but I was just watching a movie with the family. Im sick right now, so Im staying away from the beer right now. (Well drinking a lot of it)
There are bigger names and more marketable fights at welterweight. As long as Margo can make the 147 pound limit there's no need to move up in weight.
Because his physical advantages are diminished at 154. Is Shane being trained by B-Hops trainer? Maybe he will be a bit more elusive. Mayorga is awkward, but Shane should've ended it fairly soon seeing how other (similar) calibre fighters have done against Mayorga (who is tough but beatable) I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt due to the long layoff and Mayorga's awkwardness, and possibly due to a bad training camp with his Father. Shane can win a UD, and if Shane can land THAT punch who knows? Personally I think Margo wins a decision, but Shane is getting on a bit....could Toni be the first man to stop Shane? Intriguing fight whatever happens.
