He needs to do no such thing. He's comfortable there, so he should stay there. There's no obligation to chase past defeats up weight classes, and there NEVER has been.

Why do you people care so much that Margo was outweighed by 10lbs? When Santos when had fought at 154 for a bit was doing what Margo does at 147 and thats gain a lot of weight.

Margo weighs 160 at 147, Santos weighs 170 at 154.


Margo gains 13lbs and Santos gains 16lbs.

It seems as if you are acting like Santos was almost cheating by doing this.
