and just to clarify a point for everyone regarding mundines mouth.... the majority of us believe he has a big mouth that hes doent back up......his nut lickers likeashley and lugs believe it is 'only shameless self promotion' for profit..... theres many things wrong with his 'mouth just for profit theory'....in 1999 saints, with mundine at 5/8 got beaten by melbourne in the grand final. (ah the memories!!)......and the next time the teams met was early the next year.....and in what was to become a trademark of his personality, mundine stated that 'saints were the real champs' and melbourne had got lucky.......so, using mundines big mouth as motivation...melbourne smashed st george 70 to 0 or something. bwhahahahahaha!!!! saints had to put a gag order on mundine as he was disrupting the team, and getting louder and louder in the media, saying players were running on old legs, or he was better...etc, etc, and journos were looking for stories, and mundine had a big mouth.... mundine wasnt getting paid for ticket sales, so he wasnt doing it for profit....mundine just had a big mouth....still does. and it has nothing to do with money. he just has a big mouth, as evidenced in his RL days at the dragons. so lugs and ashleys theory of big mouth for dough is crap. mundine always had a big stupid mouth....always....and he still cant talk properly.. .

It was a good piece Sally. Like you, I commented on another thread about Mandy's stupid "St George are the real champs" comment and how he wasn't SIGHTED in the 70-odd point drubbing. You right how St George had to gag him, yet he wasn't getting PPV or ticket sales then way he!! 'Mr 3-Time' as the nuthuggers call him (and calls himself) is a myth, plain and simple...
I was a big mundine fan, but i have been waiting toooo long for him to step it up and all these empty promises are getting old. Im still a fan. I didnt get his last ppv because he was fighting another bum. I probably wont get his next ppv either unless there is a fight on the undercard i want too see. I have purchased all his ppv except the last one. He has left it too late to be a real contender for a world title now. Although i love his style and think he has awesome skills, he will be known as a couldabeen. He somewhat reminds me of charlie zelenoff, all talk with no action.
