Why has Manny experienced such a sharp physical decline, post 2009/10?

    Another viewpoint:

If the OP is referring only to the Bradley fight, (not that he was, necessarily) one has to also acknowledge the strong possibility that Bob Arum INSTRUCTED Pac to go easy on Bradley. Basically, to take a dive without actually going down, so that Arum's pet-judges could do their thing.

I've said this before & I'm saying it again. If you watch the fight with this in mind, it seems pretty obvious. Pac didn't throw in bunches, like he usually does, and he bascially didn't counter-punch the entire fight. Plus, half-way through, when he was obviously ahead on the cards, (oops!) he started to take 2 minutes per round off.

Last, when the winner was announced, Pac simply smiled. I was a smile of recognition, as if he was laughing about how conniving Arum is. - Plus maybe thinking about how much more money they will now make for the rematch.

Manny is still the 2nd best in the world today. Maybe 3rd because Marquez might be better and more skillful.

Been fighting with a all action style for so many years it is bound to catch up with you. I think the jump up in weight has slowed him down too.

Successful older fighters tend to be those who can fall back on ring craft and iq. Manny is more of an aggressive brawler. I think it's amazing that he just took a prime light welterweight king to school as a somewhat diminished fighter, I think PAC of a few years ago would have decapitated Bradley but possibly loose a close decision to PBF

He is getting ready to take the test and wants to make sure that he is absolutely clean.

So off PEDs he's still easily beating p4p Bradley, scaring Mosley worse than Canelo, and having the same issues with a juiced JMM he's always had. Pretty good for a 1 dim midget on the slide.

Isn't scaring Mosley...lol, you talkin about the flash knockdown?:patsch

You act like Shane was beat up like Hatton or something..wasn't even close..Manny blamed leg cramps for technical problems he had with Shane.

Complacency in his (relatively) old age.
