He's probably making quite a bit of scratch in K1. Its a good situation for him.

If he wants to take MMA seriously he'll come to the UFC eventually.

I wish he would.Win or loose his a cannonball. And way too exciting to be confined to just Hero`s.Can you imagine him mauling Liddell? He`d be all over him like a rash!

Thats got slugfest of the year written all over it.Both are Muay Thai specialists. Its the best matchup if you want just pure action.

Personally i think it's great that he's still fighting over there and not in the ufc.
at least we an see him under K1 rules too. if that guy was under ufc contract , that ****ing ******* (dana white) , wouldn't let him do ****...

the only regret i have is that he never had the time to have a few fights in pride fc. (during pride's golden era ).

God , i can't help it...i still ****ing hate ufc.
i hope that M1 and K1's heros keep getting bigger , that both businesses reach pride's popularity..( maybe in 2 or 3 years that will be possible...)

Well to be honest i do prefer the Japense format as you well know. But the "world" wont get to see a great showman like Melvin if his fightiing in the East. The likelyhood of Hero`s ever becoming as big as PRIDE is slim not mater how much we want to believe.Alas the golden era is over.
