Eat 80% Celery....take more colories from the body to break it down than calorific value of Celery...

That's a fair point actually - who knows how good/bad he would be slim? Don't think we'll ever find out tbh

Just as high as protein (4 calories per gram), and less than fat (9 calories per gram).

I gotta say it depends on what carb you're talking but yeah I know fat has the highest amount. That's why that **** makes food taste so good.

No it does not depend-carbs always have exactly 4 calories per gram.
Now carbs that are high in refined sugar or processed flour that breaks down quickly into sugar tend to encourage weight gain due to the insulin released digesting them & craving more, + they lack fiber & micronutrients..
But all carbs are 4 calories per gram.

I'm generalizing here, but it seems like a lot of "native" looking latinos (not the white or black looking latinos) seem to always have softer bodies. I can't really remember a native looking latino with a ripped looking body. They always seem to be a bit softer. Could be because latinos often eat a higher carb diet and also could be they are just naturally carrying a little higher bodyfat. It hasn't really affected them though. A lot of latinos have never been totally ripped, but had no problems going 12 hard rounds. Roman Gonzalez looks native and even at 112 pounds he still looked relatively soft.

Ruiz is a bit excessive though, he's straight obese.

Don't think of it as fat, rather, think of it as unused energy.

messed up blood sugar regulation in the body, poor insulin secretion and bad metabolism.

i won't say exactly the reason why because its a big issue in the world right now but you guys can figure it out.
